OPEN BOOTH / An open photo booth is a type of photobooth setup that doesn't have the traditional enclosed space. Instead of a small, closed booth with walls, an open photo booth consists of a backdrop and a camera setup, often with props and lighting, that allows for more space and flexibility for guests and groups.

Ideal for casual events including community events, festivals, birthday parties, corporate events.

ONSITE STUDIO / An onsite studio is a professional photography setup brought directly to your event or location. It provides a controlled environment for taking high-quality portraits or group photos, similar to what you would find in a photography studio, but with the convenience of being at the event itself.

Ideal for formal events including weddings, school prom, graduations, ceremonies & etc.

All our packages will come with unlimited prints either in a classic photo booth strip style (2x6”) or a full photo layout (4x6" or 6x4”). When we say unlimited, we mean if you have 5 people in photo, we can provide 5 printed photos for each of them.

During your session in the booth, you are allowed to choose between photo strips or full photo. We can customize 2-3 photo layouts for your event.

Yes. We will set up the booth in one (1) hour before your event, and pack down in at least 30 minutes after your hire time. We will begin to pack-down five minutes after your hire has ended.

Eg. Your event is from 6:00-9:00 pm, we will start setting up at 5:00pm, start packing down at 9:05pm.

This hours is already included in the pricing fee. Additional fees may apply if you require an earlier set up time.

Of course! You can choose your style from our backdrop collection. From simple black or white, to elegant velvet backdrops, and more.

Your venue has a good backdrop we can use? / You want to add your own backdrop? / You have a different backdrop in mind? / Sure, let us know so that we can help you arranging a perfect backdrop for you.

We do! We have a wide range of props collection. From paper umbrella, disco ball, heart sunnies, large artificial flowers, headbands, necklaces, and many more.

For additional fee, we can also provide custom bubble or stick props specific for your event.

Within 24-72 hours of your event, we will upload your images to a password protected online gallery. You can also choose an optional Facebook album upload so that your guests can share their photos online. From this, you can download & share your high resolution photos.

We can also provide a QR Code on site so that your guests can instantly share their photos online.

If you choose Onsite Studio, all photos will be professionally edited by our professional photographer before uploading it to your gallery.

Our Open Booth box is powered with professional photography equipment including the following:

• DSLR camera
• Touchscreen monitor
• High-speed printer
• Studio lighting equipment

OPEN BOOTH / Our open booth can be self-operated by your guests, they can click a photo layout, take photos, and instantly receive their photos before they leave the booth. An attendant can also assist them in operating the booth.

ONSITE STUDIO / A professional photographer will assists your guests in posing and taking photos.

1. At least 3x3 sqm floor space for the booth setup
2. Nearby power outlet (We can provide an extension maximum 8m away from outlet)
3. Fully protected from rain, wind, and direct sunlight (Please provide a marquee or gazebo on site)
4. One (1) parking space for the attendant.
5. Contact person during the event

Travel fees may apply for events outside of 30km from Piara Waters 6112. We have a minimum fee of $30 if you are outside of our travel zone.
